Terms and conditions

These terms apply to all reservations. By confirming a booking, you agree to the following policies:

1. Room Rates & Taxes

• All room rates are per night, inclusive of service charge and applicable taxes.

• Rates are quoted and payable in US Dollars (USD).

• We reserve the right to adjust rates in accordance with changes in Egyptian tax laws.

• Rates are dynamic and may change based on availability, without prior notice.

2. Booking Guarantee & Payment Policy

• A valid credit card is required to guarantee your booking.

• Payment Methods: We accept credit card, bank transfer, or PayPal.

• If you choose to guarantee your booking with a credit card, payment will be securely processed via Tab Travel. A 4% processing fee will be added at the time of payment and is non-refundable. The charge is made in your local currency, with no additional foreign transaction fees.

• Full payment for the entire stay is required for all bookings, regardless of season or demand level.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Free cancellation is available up to 30 days prior to arrival.

• Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are subject to a non-refundable deposit equal to the full booking value.

• In the event of a no-show, the full stay amount will be charged.

4. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: From 2:00 PM. For arrival before 12:00 noon, an additional night must be booked in advance.

• Check-out: By 11:00 AM.

• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.

• Late check-out charges:

o Between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM: 50% of nightly rate

o After 6:00 PM: Full night charge

5. Amendments

• Booking changes are subject to availability.

• Changes requested within 30 days of arrival are treated as cancellations and may incur penalties.

6. Group Bookings

• Reservations of 3 rooms or more are subject to different terms. Please contact us directly for details.

7. Children & Extra Beds

• One child under 6 years old stays free of charge when using existing bedding.

• Additional children requiring an extra bed may incur a charge.

• Extra beds or baby cots are available upon request and subject to availability.

• Please note: when the total number of guests (adults + children) exceeds the maximum room capacity, you must contact us in advance to request special arrangements. Approval is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

8. Pets Policy

• We regret that pets are not allowed on the premises, with the exception of certified service animals (documentation may be required).

9. Smoking Policy

• The property is a non-smoking property. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.

• A cleaning fee may be charged for smoking inside guest rooms or restricted areas.

10. Damage & Incidentals

• Guests are financially responsible for any damage or loss caused to hotel property during their stay.

• The hotel reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for repair, replacement, or cleaning costs.

11. Accessibility

• There are limited accessibility features. Please contact us in advance for specific needs—we will do our best to accommodate where possible.

12. Force Majeure

• We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, travel bans, or public health emergencies.

13. Privacy & Data Use

• We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your data will be used only for booking management and direct communication purposes.

• We do not share guest information with third parties except where necessary for payment processing or legal compliance.
